Civilians maintain the locations with limited government support. Countries that refuse to help support the ports (regions) are not supplied with needed supplies and funding. Ports regardless by Sea, air or land are as follows. USA-Wyoming, London England, Moscow, Russia, Beijing, China, Queensland, Australia, Alberta, Canada, Brazil and Kenya, Africa.
