Terror once again stalks the City of Brotherly Love, raising its head in the most unlikely of places: a kids' chess tournament. Philly PI Paige Harmon doesn't know much about queens and rooks, but she is there to support a prodigy who has already been haunted by violence. When shots ring out, Paige will do whatever it takes to protect her young friend. Evil does not stop there, and Paige soon finds herself in the middle of a conspiracy with an international reach fueled by generations of hatred.
