A woman thrown out of a car on a Eunice Louisiana back road on Nov. 20, 1963 by men connected to Carousel Club owner Jack Ruby knew that the JFK assassination was going to occur two days prior to the Nov. 22 1963 event and told doctors at the hospital that police took her to that it was common knowledge in the New Orleans underworld that there was a mob contract on Kennedy's life that was set up by New Orleans crime boss Carlos Marcello.

Kennedy became hostile to Giancana during the Senate Rackets Committee on June 10, 1959. Giancana thought his help to JFK to get elected against Richard Tricky Dick Nixon in 1960 at the request of his old bootlegging acquaintance Joe Kennedy would reduce some of the crack-downs on organized crime but after it became clear that this was not going to happen, the mob began attempting to use women supplied by Frank Sinatra's associates in an attempt to embarrass the Kennedys in New York for having affairs with these women, including Marilyn Monroe, at parties that included Frank Sinatra, co-owner of the Cal Neva-Lodge in Lake Tahoe with Chicago Outfit crime boss Sam Giancana.
The parties took place in the 34th Floor of the Carlyle Hotel in New York that was considered the New York White House.
