" 1 Peter 2 : 9A chosen people are those who are called by God and they have really accepted the call of God. God chooses some people out every tribe and nation so that he could use them to do great and awesome things. The chosen people are God's instrument of his praise and worship. God wants to receive praise from such people who are really called and prepared by God Almighty to adore his greatness.
What happens is that when people are chosen by God, the Lord will make sure that they overcome difficult situations, they are able to surmount the insurmountable. We are chosen " to show forth the of " God to people who do not know about God. God chooses such people from the world of darkness and sin and makes his light shine forth in their lives. " Ye have not chosen me , but I have chosen you and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruits, and that your fruits should remain, that whatever ye shall ask of the  father in my name, he may give it to you.
" John 15 : 16  God wants us to bear fruits that will glorify his name. The chosen people have an appointment with God and an assignment to obey the word of God. God's chosen people are suppose to bear fruits of righteousness. To reveal God's glory and majestic being to an ignorant generation. God chose and made us qualified in his kingdom by grace. " Giving thanks unto the father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light.
Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear son. " Colossians 1 : 12-13 " { A quote from Day 31st : A Chosen People } Love is kind and patient  " Love is kind and patient " 1 Corinthians 13 : 4Love is kind means that love makes people be generous towards those they love. Whenever we love someone we are prone to be generous towards that person.
We give so much to such people all because we love them.  A person in love is a giver in kind and gesture. A person in love gives gifts and passion, or affection. God's love for humanity prompted God to give us long life, daily bread , rain to water our plantations and a conducive atmosphere on earth for living. God's kindness towards us is mostly seen in the  way he gave us his son Jesus to be our saviour and deliverer .
