In this publication, three themes (closely related) that arise from the life, works, teachings, miracles and legacy of the Lord are analyzed: a) the Christian cross, b) the resurrection of Jesus, and c) the afterlife. Although the Christian cross is a relevant religious symbol, it has created controversies among different Christian groups, and some even deny that Jesus died on a cross. In addition, the resurrection of Jesus is the most incredible, extraordinary, exceptional and unusual supernatural phenomenon, accepted in the beliefs of humanity, which forces researchers to raise several questions regarding its validity.
While the existence of God and the afterlife give meaning to the sacrifice, resurrection and ascension of Christ to heaven.
