How To Deal With Heartburn

You are the first "selfie-doctor" before you reach the professional one; you are your own doctor; that is if you can be able to locate and express what you feel to the person next to you. When your head aches, you know what to do, either you have to rest, have some sleep or take lots of water to clean the system through what many may not know that it is called hydro-therapy. When symptoms persist, then we have to see a professional doctor who has crammed in his/her mind the human system and its functions.
But even then it is never 100% in every scenario that all will come out well for those who have consulted a professional doctor. Sometimes wrong remedies are accidentally applied and that is why we have grave yards and crematoriums. I have had heart-burns for over thirty years. I have visited professional doctors from one end of the country to the other, I can't say I did not receive help; however, the help I received kept me between wellness and sickness.
What I really want to say is that this is not a medical book. One day I told my problem to an old herbalist woman in the rural, and I dare say, her method was the simplest and effective.
