Held Against Her Will

Kaitlin awoke early the next day to bright sunlight streaming in. She sat up in bed trying to comprehend thoughts of last night. All the details came back filling her mind. The alcohol she'd consumed with Brandi dulled her senses last night, but this morning, she realized what a predicament she was in. She pushed the covers aside and saw another door connected to the room. She didn't give it any thought the night before as she now opened it.
Inside was a long white tub looking very inviting. She carried her clothing in with her and turned on the tap, adding a bath solution and watching the bubbles fill the porcelain enclosure. Kaitlin eased into the tub and stretched out. Hearing a noise, her shocked eyes lifted to see Josh Anderson standing in the doorway. His dark hair looked rumpled from sleep. Her eyes were drawn to his bare chest covered with a springy mat of dark hair matching his hair coloring.
She felt a tingly spark ignite in her at the virile sight of him. An excitement built in her and she couldn't explain her reaction. Why am I having such an emotional response to the man who kidnapped me? "What do you think you're doing?" Again, she felt the pleasurable sensation of her response to him flooding through her."Don't act the innocent with me, Kathleen." His tone was sarcastic as she sunk lower in the tub.
"I know every inch of your body already.""Not mine, " she muttered coolly, anger surfacing againShe pushed the thoughts of how virile he looked to the back of her mind. "You may know my sister's, but not mine."She saw a flicker of uncertainty dance through his eyes, but the uncertainty disappeared as quickly as it came. "Finish your bath, " he stated in a clipped tone. "I'll have our breakfast cooked in about ten minutes.""Thanks for nothing, " she uttered, matching his sarcastic attitude.
She didn't feel in a very considerate mood toward him this morning. In reality, she was still upset with herself for falling under his spell. For a few short moments, she'd responded to the sight of his bare chest. She didn't want to have strange unexpected feelings for the man holding her captive. Again, she watched his face and saw a strange look cloud his eyes. It was almost as if he was having doubts about what he'd done in bringing her here.
I'm glad; I hope his conscience is bothering him. He slowly lowered his gaze to travel the length of her, taking his time in his sweeping search. She only hoped the bubbles remained intact enough to keep her covered."Seen enough?" she spewed in frustration. "If so, I'd like some privacy when I get out."Without saying another word, he backed out and closed the door softly. Kaitlin didn't waste a second in rinsing off and drying.
She decided to try to keep a positive attitude concerning her plight, and maybe I'll find a way to escape.
