I write edgy, contemporary novels. My rookie pastor drinks (a little), swears (too much) and rarely has the correct Biblical answer. There are no easy answers, prayer never works, but barely, kinda, somewhat happy endings abound. Just like real life. Subjects include: Teen suicide, (mis)treatment of the elderly, drug abuse, sexual abuse, dogfighting, single parenthood, gay/lesbian issues, racism.
