The storm begun, and I had to get out of it, so I found the closest tavern: a two-story building in the boring, gray village of Mountain's Foot. Every tavern has a good storyteller in it, no matter the tavern. This one was no exception. "Dragon Slayer" I called him, becuase I never got his name. He was a fine stroyteller--and an even finer hero.
