Mr. Howie has the most lazy employees there could ever be. They somehow waste more time than they are given--a completly magical skill. In an attempt to put his employees in place, Mr. Howie buys two "LOUDEST ANALOG CLOCKS IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, " which he places on the office walls. He expected it to solve his problems. It only made them worse. Another hilarious Selah the Universe story by Dean Shearer that somehow makes you laugh and think at the same time.
