Chelsea Powell is missing. There is no sign of her. One day she would get an AVO against her ex-boyfriend, and the next, she disappeared.  Detective Harley Phillips was happy not to have a partner. Not after his partner in Homicide was killed. He didn't want to go through that again. But he wasn't that lucky.
