Kash paid the debt. The streets charged interest. Marcus "Kash" Williams thought saving his brother would be the end of it. Trey is alive. Fade to Black is open. Nia is still beside him. For the first time in seven days, Kash lets himself believe he made it home. Then Ghost disappears. When word spreads that Pug's stash house was hit, questions start moving through East Baltimore. D-Train says they're square, but his protection feels too much like ownership.
Pug's people want answers. Trey wants to prove he is more than the mistake that almost got him killed. And Kash knows the truth nobody else can know. The money that saved Trey came from a robbery. Now the wrong people are looking for who took it, and every road leads closer to Fade to Black. With Ghost missing, D-Train closing in, and a dangerous file threatening to expose names nobody wants exposed, Kash has to decide how far he is willing to go to protect his family without becoming the man he fought to leave behind.
