Wolf shifter Karic Jacobs lives a normal life in a normal town. He goes to work, he comes home; he likes helping people even if it doesn't always turn out well for him. But the point is he's fine. Better than fine, even. But his quiet little life takes a turn for the exciting when Camilla, a pretty lion shifter with generous curves and a secret turns up on the side of the road, soaked and terrified.
From the moment he helps her, nothing is quiet anymore. There's something not normal about her, even by shifter standards, but Karic can't help but be drawn to her.
