James Pedero is the institute's quietest asset, capable of diagnosing the exact grammar of a patient's suffering. But when his radical methods begin triggering genuine, unquantifiable breakthroughs in patients like architectural savant Clara Lin, he draws the dangerous, hyper-defensive wrath of clinic director Dr. Melissa Alonzo. Suspended and stripped of his credentials, James is forced into a brutal journey of self-deconstruction.
