Wild imagination and humour are used to lure readers into a macabre world where prehistoric civilisation, mortals, the ancestors and dark ancient practices live side by side. Gold and other minerals resources are skilfully mined, transformed into artifacts and tools for global trade. Early European explorers are spellbound by this civilisation upon being welcomed by the natives. Driven by envy and spite, the European explorers introduce their own religion and slowly turn the natives against their own ancestors.
