The envelope arrived at the Faculty of History on Tuesday morning, in ordinary mail, without a return address. Óscar found it between two requests for extensions and a notification from the department about the early closure of the map archive for works. He opened it with the same reluctance with which he opened almost everything that arrived in the mail on paper: knowing that if someone sent him something on paper in 2024, it was because he could not send it to them in any other way.
Inside was a business card. On the back, a Vienna address and three words handwritten in black ink: Come on Thursday.
