Organized stalking or planned social elimination

This writing recounts a long period of struggle during which I had to face networked harassment, implemented by my employer. While I was a model employee, a key person in the company, with an expanding role and a parent company/subsidiary scope due to my skills in multidisciplinary fields and a legitimate desire for advancement, my employer organized harassment by relying on my "family and friends" circle. The harassment was initially organized in the professional context.
My employer, with its multiple failings and stakeholders, who were supposed to play a role in protecting employees, allowed it to happen, so I contacted a lawyer to consider amicably terminating my contract. When the harassment spread to the private sphere, I was in a waiting phase regarding negotiations through a lawyer and perceived a toxic climate that I didn't understand. From my perspective, a covert exit via an amicable termination in no way justified this palpable pressure. The need to take legal action became justified over the months as a number of events occurred.
I recorded them in a notebook and collected visual evidence to manage the "just in case" situation. This document presents the chronology of events and the steps taken to attempt to bring the matter to a constructive end. Reading it, you will understand that discernment is completely absent.
