"Out of Stock." The final three words that a customer desires to hear. It's not enjoyable to hear, even for the Retail merchant. No sales, no inventory. For this reason, when managing a business, inventory control must be given top priority. Without effective retail inventory management, a retail business cannot succeed. Making sure that inventory is available when needed is the primary goal of inventory management.
