Granted a new way of life, Apex capitalizes on the opportunity to dispense a form of justice without malice and with little concern for criticism from bleeding hearts. In his mind, justice is black and white, along with his form of retaliation. Apex's discrete acts of criminal retribution do not stay under the radar long, however. It's not long after his many deeds of retaliation that authorities seek to get their hands on him and his paraphernalia.
