John Pence is president of MagicNet Network Consulting and is also a network engineer/analyst at a major regional newspaper. He has over a decade of experience networking computers; and has worked with numerous operating systems. John recently co-authored Sams Teach Yourself Windows Networking in 24 Hours with Peter Kuo.
Sally Specker is a senior consultant with Novell, Inc. She has worked with NetWare since 1991 as both an independent consultant and an instructor. She has written several articles for Novell's popular AppNotes publication.
