Résumé

Jack Ryan Jr. lands in Israel. A few hours of simple spycraft for an old friend in the CIA then he's off the hook. Espionage has never been so easy. Then in a crowded market, he spots the glint of a knife. Without a thought, he throws himself in front of the targets - an American woman and her young son. Suddenly, Jack is facing a team of trained international killers and two very big questions. Who wants this mother and child dead that badly ? And why ? Cover blown, alone and outgunned on foreign soil, Jack will need all his wits to find out - and then to somehow stop them ...
Praise for Tom Clancy.

À propos de l'auteur

Biographie de Don Bentley

Thirty-five years ago Tom Clancy was a Maryland insurance broker with a passion for naval history. Years before, he had been an English major at Baltimore's Loyola College and had always dreamed of writing a novel. His first effort, The Hunt for Red October, sold briskly as a result of rave reviews, then was catapulted on to the New York Times bestseller list after President Reagan pronounced it 'the perfect yarn'.
From that day forward, Clancy established himself as an undisputed master at blending exceptional realism and authenticity, intricate plotting and razor-sharp suspense. He passed away in October 2013. Don Bentley spent a decade as an Army Apache helicopter pilot, and while deployed in Afghanistan was awarded the Bronze Star and the Air Medal with 'V' device for valour. Following his time in the military, Bentley worked as an FBI special agent focusing on foreign intelligence and counterintelligence and was a Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team member.
