Once, Alexandra, Kay, Jessica and Maria shared all the excitement of studying at a prestigious art school in Paris. But, by the time they left for different corners of the world, the four girls were sworn enemies. So when, years later, invitations to celebrate their tutor's eighty-fifth birthday arrive, nostalgic memories are stirred, along with curiasity and regrets.
