The Terrible Fate of Humpty Dumpty

When Terry Dumpton starts at a new school, he becomes the victim of a deadly gang. The bullies are divided : there is guilt, pity, fear and deceit. Neighbourhood gossips and the local police find out the truth. Dramatic manipulation of the sequence of events gives the audience knowledge that is denied to the characters. The play opens discussion on moral issues and prejudice, leading to further reflection on the roles of the community and the media.
