Résumé

This arrangement of a song from Britten's 1953 opera 'Gloriana' dates from 1957. It was recorded by Peter Pears and Julian Bream and often included in their recital programmes. This exquisite arrangement is now in print for the first time. Julian Bream has applied minor revisions for the present publication. Instrumentation : voice and guitar
