In the notes on the interpretation, the editor explains the Mozart interpretation signs and thus unites in a central place, what would otherwise be painstakingly collected from scattered articles : articulation signs such as arc, dot and dash, Appoggiaturen, but above all Mozart's designations for dynamics, where the publisher manages to discover for the first time a kind of "system" according to which Mozart has evidently set the signs and which, beyond the meaning to be clarified (Marguerre distinguishes between signs that merely "change registers" and those that indicate nuances) agogic nuances intended.
