She is an early modern drama scholar, a theatre historian, reviewer and occasional translator, a consultant for the International Shakespeare Festival in Craiova, Romania, and a long-standing collaborator of the Gdansk Shakespeare Festival in Poland. Florence March is Professor at University Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, France, a specialist in Renaissance and Restoration drama, a drama translator at Maison Antoine Vitez (France's international centre for theatre translation) and a consultant for Le Printemps des Comédiens, Montpellier's international drama festival.
