Author and Series Editor Kyle Clark is a lead animator at Microsoft's Digital Anvil Studios and is co-founder of Animation Foundation. He began his career while pursuing a master's degree in Film, Video, and Computer Animation at The Universiry of Southern California and has since worked on a number of feature, commercial, and game projects at Industrial Light & Magic, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Microsoft, Mooncrescent Animation, Cinesite Digital Studios, and Digital Magic. Kyle has taught at The Universiry of Southern California, the San Francisco Academy of Art College, San Francisco State Universiry UCLA School of Design, and Texas A & M. Universiry His film credits include Star Wars Episode I, Sleepy Hollow, Deep Blue Sea, The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (lead animator), and Brute Force video game for the Xbox (lead animator).
Series Editor Michael Ford is a senior technical animator at Sony Pictures Imageworks and is co-founder of Animation Foundation. He began his career as a digital artist after graduating from UCLA School of Design and has since worked on numerous feature and commercial projects at Industrial Light & Magic, Centropolis FX, and Digital Magic. He has lectured at UCLA School of Design, The Universiry of Southern California, DeAnza College, and the San Francisco Academy of Art College. He is a certified Level 2 Softimage instructor whose film credits include Stuart Little, Stuart Little 2, The Perfect Storm, The Mummy, Godzilla, Species II, Mortal Kombat II, and The Faculty.
