J. K. Mertz was the supreme Central-European Guitarist-Composer of the Romantic era. Researched and edited by Graziano Salvoni, the repertoire on offer contains many first publications which perfectly complement our previous Mertz publications. Volume 11 presents 12 works for players of moderate ability, in a new critical edition prepared from autograph manuscripts in the Boije collection ; some are previously unpublished, and historical notes and critical commentaries are included.
