Matthew Strebe is the Chief Technology Officer of Consulting Network Integration Corporation (Connetic), an IT services company located in San Diego, CA. He has nearly twenty years of experience in hacking, military security, and computer security applications. He and Mr. Perkins were members of the same hacking cabal in high school. Charles Perkins is a Senior Network Systems Analyst at Connetic and the author of numerous books on Windows NT and security. Before joining Connetic, he was the Director of Computing Systems at the University of Utah College of Law, where he routinely dealt with Internet security threats from both inside and outside his domain.
