3 November 2004 is the tenth anniversary of the death of Isang Yun - an appropriate occasion for important performances and the publication of new editions of his compositions. This arrangement of the famous flute concerto by the Korean master composed in 1977 was created by Holger Groschopp, a pianist and former composition student of Yun. The concertante duo is a valuable addition to the flute repertoire and may also serve as piano reduction of the original work.
