Arges Bîrgun est né en 1995 au Kurdistan dans la ville de Siwêrek. En 2015, il suit une formation de langue kurde débutante à l'Institut kurde d'Istanbul. Entre 2017 et 2021, il étudie la langue et la littérature kurdes à Mus et à Mardin et obtient son diplôme de licence dans ce domaine en 2021. Entre 2021 et 2023, il fait un master en langue kurde à l'Université d'Artuklu à Mardin et vit actuellement en Belgique
