Résumé

In "Baseball Joe in the Big League, " Joe Matson, a promising young pitcher, faces the challenges and opportunities of advancing from the Central League to the major leagues. The story begins with Joe receiving a letter from Mr. Gregory, the manager of the Pittston team, informing him that he might be drafted to the St. Louis Nationals, a major league team.
