My interest in natural healing started in the early 80's, which led me to take a course in Reflexology at Hawaii Loa College in 1983. After years of practicing on anyone who needed natural pain relief, I became interested in the art of Shiatsu techniques. Naturally, I was very satisfied with the results and wanted to learn more about natural healing, so I became a first level trained Reiki healer.
It was this interest in natural healing that prompted me to write and publish Your Press-Away Pain guide to headache relief!
