Résumé
Growing, ascending, and shifting are all parts of a complicated process. Without them, however, we would be stagnant, feel stuck, and miss out on a lot of new learning. This lifetime is an opportunity to learn all we can. It's impossible to learn if a person feels that he knows everything. There has to be a measure of humility and open-mindedness in a person in order for him to grow, learn, and expand.
As humans, if we don't grow, we are stuck where we are. We may feel like victims of our own circumstances, but these limitations are belief systems only! What we believe becomes our reality. Choosing to be open-minded, to learn from experience, and to be willing to entertain new ideas is the best part of being human. This ebook is intended to try to help the readers gain perspective on their beliefs in relation to their own past, themselves in relation to the beliefs and expectations of friends and family, and provide tools to use when conflicts arise.
