When Nino comes home to find his roommate has adopted a pair of infant dragons, the situation is more than perplexing; it's impossible. Arden Roy has no idea magic exists, but he insists on keeping the little hellions anyway, over Nino's strenuous objections. There's danger for magical creatures in such a thoroughly nonmagical city, and Nino should know.
