Résumé

Each spoken word poem is a testament to the power of words to heal, inspire, and connect. These poems touch on spirituality, morals, self reflection, religion, and love. Towards the end I share stories attached to some of the poems and extra context so you can fully grasp my mindset when writing. I hope you find what you weren't looking for."Selfish" touches on how in relationships we can be so individualistic at times, only thinking about what we need to feel better and we forget that our partners may not be in the space to give us what brings us joy."If" touches on something that everyone thinks about when entering a wholesome relationship for the first time.
If we had done "this" or "that", we would've been with our person sooner, but we must realize everything has its moment. It was meant to happen when it happened."Boiling" is one of my favorites. It's that hot shower after a long day, releasing the energies that were given to you, sometimes replacing your own, and entering tranquility.
