Biographie d'Ariel Dalfen

Dr. Dalfen, an Indigo Trusted Advisor, is a psychiatrist at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto who specializes in caring for women who have mental illness during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. She is actively involved with medical research in the area of PPD, and has published research in medical journals. Additionally, Dr. Dalfen is the Education Coordinator for the Perinatal Mental Health Program at Mount Sinai Hospital, and a member of Postpartum Support International, as well as the city of Toronto's Postpartum Network.
Dr. Dalfen has done significant media work: She is a medical correspondent on CBC, Global, and CTV, and appears regularly on CTVs Balance Television for Living Well, and on CBC, Global News and Much Music. She is regularly called upon to deliver lectures, both public and private, and writes for both professional and trade publications, including the magazine Wellness Options.
