Résumé

For as long as she could remember, Kiara had felt a pull towards the northern woods. She didn't know what pulled her in that direction, and she doubted she ever would. The monsters that roamed the northern woods were too dangerous for her to risk going there. Then everything changed. An army of goblins attacked Rivertown, and Kiara had to flee. All she could do was gather some of the villagers and lead them north while their warriors tried to gain them time.
And even that didn't seem to be enough. Soon, their party heard goblin horns, and they knew they were being followed. And Kiara didn't know what to do, what to try, and so she followed that pull inside of her, that connection she couldn't explain. She could never have expected to find her soulmate on the other end of it.
