Weather Duty

In the domed city of Las Vegas, people get a voice in their weather. Citizens serve on committees that make decisions about everything from publichealth to road construction. Think jury duty, only on a city-wide level. The most secretive committee? Weather. The names of participants remainprotected-to avoid bribes, constant harassment, or worse. For two of the commissioners, "or worse" hits on a hot July evening. They never thought weather duty could be so dangerous.
