Watching My Neighbor's Wife

So my neighbor is away on business and he needs me to do some minor maintenance on his swimming pool. I'm a little wary about doing it because his daughter is hot and I'm pretty sure she wants to be more than "just neighbors." She's been teasing me for a long time now, and I just don't know how much more I can take. Anyway, the way I have it figured, I gotta be a good neighbor. So I grab my tool bag and head over to his house to see if I can fix the problem with the pool.
What I didn't expect to find was his wife getting her own problems taken care of by the guy down the street.
