Résumé
This book systematically examines the main paths, key methods, and innovative measures for managing student education in the School of Foreign Languages. It uses a large number of real cases to present the work logic and strategies in typical scenarios such as leadership thought, daily management, mental health, career planning, and so on. It combines the growth characteristics of students from multilingual and multicultural backgrounds to explore contemporary and professional counselor practice models.
At the same time, attention is paid to counselors' innovative practices, such as the use of information technology, the construction of cross-cultural platforms, and multi-departmental collaboration, to improve service efficiency and students' sense of gain. The core concept of this book is to accompany and protect students' growth and help counselors achieve professional development and educational innovation in the practice of educating students in colleges and universities.
