Résumé

It took a strong scent to help Jack remember Izzy.  He had believed most of his life that he had simply made her up.  As a child, everyone told him that Izzy was his invisible friend.  Later in life, her memory made him question his sanity.  Breathing in the intoxicating scent of honeysuckle, he remembered her now.  Her crooked smile, her long blonde hair, her ridiculous sense of humor and the scent changing perfume that she always wore.  Mood perfume she had called it.  Honeysuckle was her happy scent.  Jack was no stranger to odd behavior and his excessive drug use would make everyone question this memory, yet he knew that he wasn't crazy, not this time.  Izzy was real and something was wrong, he had to find her.  She was the key to his happiness and that of his brother Keith's.  Keith would have to remember her too, this wasn't going to be easy.
Elizabeth Meeks is happily married and lives in a tiny house in the center of Lincoln Nebraska.  She adamantly believes that the world would come to a sudden and devastating end without tacos and dark chocolate.  She is the daughter of a national hero who saved the lives of his crew and those below the flight path of his jet before bailing out to his death.  He was awarded the distinguished flying cross posthumously.  Her mother was a beloved kindergarten teacher whose kindness is still remembered today by those who knew her.  Her beloved Auntie Lo helped her mother raise her and encouraged her to pursue her dreams.  Elizabeth works in the financial industry and is also a respected breeder of Crested Geckos.
