Paul devises a plan to incite internal conflict within the five Chicago mob families by targeting their bosses, hoping they will suspect each other and start a war among themselves. This strategy aims to create chaos within the Chicago mob and divert their attention from the Golden Nugget. In the end, the Chicago syndicate suffers significant losses.
The new mob leadership in Chicago is ordered to cease their pursuit of money from Las Vegas, ending the costly vendetta. Paul and his Golden Nugget allies continue to take precautions to protect their interests and maintain control.
