Résumé
Ellie had a phenomenally awful day at school, then found herself embroiled in a frightening situation where she had to face a horrific nightmare that threatened to unravel reality and destroy her world.******Ellie shivered and tried to move, but she couldn't. It became unbearably cold, and she could see her own breath hanging in the still air, illuminated by the silvery moonlight. There was a great weight on her chest like before...
She began to panic. Her breath rasped; pain lanced across her chest. Out of the corner of her eye, a dark thing seeped through the moonlit opening high over her. It oozed down the wall. Ellie shrank back. She would have cried out if she could breathe. Her lungs refused to fill with air. Panic. Can't breathe. Tears streamed from her eyes as she gasped. Ellie fought to lift her feet. The weight on her chest pushed her down mercilessly.
She struggled to suck air into her shriveled lungs. Her panic raged, and she flailed her arms. The leading edge of the poisonous black goo started to ooze onto her shoes. Something dripped onto her face from the ceiling. She screamed.
