Winston Churchill was a man open to dangerous ideas, and in the summer of 1940, Britain stood alone against a German army that controlled most of the continent. A battle for air superiority was fought in the skies as the Nazis prepared for the invasion that would secure total victory in the European theatre of war. British sabotage units are secretly established to operate behind enemy lines after the invasion.
When fae, or 'grey folk' from the hidden realm offer to help this strategy, it is taken seriously. But they have objectives of their own.
