Mebarki, docteur en informatique, diplômé de l'université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis (France), est maître de conférences à l'université des sciences et de la technologie d'Oran - Mohamed Boudiaf (USTOM). Ses travaux de recherche portent sur les structures de données, la géométrie algorithmique et la visualisation scientifique.
