Résumé

This is a book about the AFTERLIFE, co-authored by Ken Levi, Ph. D. and Jamie Whitfield, a retired English Teacher.  The two authors take opposing positions.  Ms. Whitfield makes the argument for immortality, citing centuries of belief across a wide range of religions, as well as scientific studies, such as investigations into  Near Death Experience.  Dr. Levi offers evidence against such studies, with particular critique of the pseudo science of Dnesh D'Souza.  In two successive chapters, Levi proposes an alternative view of the afterlife based on the Holographic Principle.  In the final chapter, the two authors have a debate, poking at deficiencies in each other's positions.  The reader is then left to consider which arguments she or he considers most convincing.
