H. R. Stanley is my chosen pen name in honour of Hilda my beloved Nan and Stanley my Grandfather who I never had the pleasure of knowing. Rayner is the family name. I mainly write short stories but am in the process of writing a short novel. I live in Plymouth with a cat who likes to cause as much mischief as he can when awake. As well as writing I can be found designing and making soft-toys and other craft activities.
