Tic Tac Toe

Anne and Roxy lived on one side of the road. Mother and daughter, living on their own. After Roxy's father leaving when she was five. On the opposite side of the road, Clive and his daughter Mary had their home. His ex having left many years ago, without a care in the world. Never looking back. Life was perfect for Roxy and Mary who were the same age and did everything together since the age of five.
Clive and Anne didn't date but were a couple in the true sense. Everything they did resembled one happy family. Until the day Roxy moved in with her father and everything changed. Both families were ripped apart. But the events that unfolded were out of the norm.
