Résumé

17 years ago, Duke Tate first met Ali Dede, while he was an undergraduate student at Ole Miss in Oxford, Mississippi. Shortly afterwards, he became a student in his Sufi school, Instituto Alef, in Mexico. In the Sufi tradition, it is commonplace for the guide or murshid to teach the student how to progress inwardly by prescribing him or her Inner Exercises, while he or she often studies the prevailing discipline or craft of the Teacher alongside it.
As Dede was a doctor, Duke was to study health and nutrition. Since then, he has read over 40 books on the subject of health, emotional and mental well-being, and spirituality. And he learned how to use mental, emotional, and spiritual techniques to maintain his well-being as well as other know-how for the physical body. In this book, he will give you more of the gifts he learned from this extraordinary healer over the years.
Some are quantum techniques that complement the ones in book three of this series, while others are tools and nutrients that have allowed him to truly thrive by being an active CrossFitter (a feat he would have thought unimaginable 12 years ago), gain a 315-pound bench press, rapidly heal his broken arm, and maintain wellness during COVID while traveling all over the world-as well as general relationship advice he has gleaned over the years from being married.
